The SFA Executive Board makes a $500 recurring annual donation for the Judith Beale Scholarship.

Application Process and Submission Deadline 2024Applications are now being accepted for the annual Society of Florida Archivists Judith Beale Scholarship Award. Begun in 2005, the Scholarship promotes educational opportunities and professional development for current students and archives professionals, by providing funding to attend the Annual Meeting of the SFA. This year’s meeting is in Deerfield Beach, from May 13-16, 2024. The scholarship will cover registration for each recipient to attend. To be eligible an applicant must be pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree, or they must be currently employed in an archival role. In addition, the applicant must be a current or new member of the Society of Florida Archivists. Applications should include
