Miami: The University of Miami Libraries blog is hosting a Life in the Archive series to celebrate Archives Month. The series will highlight patrons and donors' experience with the UM collections.

Tallahassee: The Florida Historic Capitol Museum opened a new exhibit on Public Health this week.

Rochester, New York: The George Eastman House received a donation of equipment from the Eastman Kodak Company for film restoration and digitization.

Boston, Massachusetts and Washington, DC: ILMS announced a new grant for the Digital Public Library of America building on a previous grant for the project.

New York, New York: A new video from the New York Public Library shares a closer look at its extensive Maps Collection.

Vilna, Poland and New York, New York: The YIVO Institute has announced a seven year digitization project to make its pre-war archives accessible online.

Canberra, Australia: The National Film and Sound Archive turns 30.
