Event Title: Emergency Response for Collections: Triage Workshop sponsored by AFR MIAMI

Event Description: Join us for a practical hands on workshop to learn how to handle and perform triage on your collections in the aftermath of a disaster. This event will be led by conservation specialists from Rosa Lowinger & Associates. The workshop will consist of a short lecture to discuss damage to collections from floods, water intrusion, breakage and smoke, followed by a hands on recovery activity. Due to the hands on nature of this event, attendance numbers are limited.

When: Monday, July 21, 2014. 2-5pm

Cost: FREE [you may be asked to bring some materials for the hands on activity]
